Yes — we’re based in Sydney. Piano Glory is a 100% online store.

We offer sheet music and MIDI files for select covers.

Q: How long does shipping take?
We ship from Sydney using Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
You can check estimated delivery times using the Australia Post Calculator (use postcode 2000 as the “From” location).
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options.

Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Where’s my order?
All orders receive a confirmation email if an email address was entered at checkout.

• If you only entered a mobile number, you may not have received one.

📁 Folder FAQs

Q: Will there be other folder versions (e.g. all-black, other instruments)?
Yes — an all-black version is in the works and will be available in the coming months.

Q: Can I write on the plastic sleeves?
No need to! The folder is designed so you insert the paper into the sleeve and write directly on the sheet music with a pencil — no special markers required.

Q: Do I need a special pen to annotate?
Not at all — a regular pencil works perfectly. The folder protects your music and makes note-taking simple.

Q: Is this folder pack safe for children?
Yes — the folder pack is child-friendly and perfect for young piano learners.
However, it includes small accessories like:

• Adhesive divider tabs

• Pencil holders

• Paperclips

• A protective plastic sleeve

For this reason, we recommend adult supervision for children under 5, especially to ensure these small items aren’t placed in the mouth or misused. The folder itself is completely safe — the note about supervision only applies to the included accessories.

Q: Will the stickers damage my piano or leave residue?
We’ve never seen them cause damage or leave residue in years of use — but every piano finish is unique.
To be safe, we recommend testing a sticker on a small, hidden spot first.

Q: Are the piano key stickers safe for children?
Absolutely. The stickers are non-toxic and safe for children.
They’re designed to support early piano learning and include small components (like paperclips and adhesive-backed parts).
As with any small items, we recommend adult supervision for younger children during application or organizing, just to ensure everything is used appropriately.
